· We have 7 days return policy which means that a customer can raise a return request only within 7 days from the date of receipt of good. Before raising the request please ensure that the product is unused, its seal is not opened. We don’t accept return of product if it's seal is opened.
· If any particular product which has been shipped & received by customer, is found damaged or not as per description, We request customer to raise issue by sending snapshot of the outer packaging and product received to our email id- email@example.com or can also WhatsApp the images on our customer care number- 9890136050. We will be hapy to assist you in replacing the product.
· Physician advice is necessary before buying any nutritional product. Issues like stomach upset, skin rashes, hedadache, or any medical condition and also variaton in flavour, flavour dislike, colour difference of the powder etc. will not be entertained, In such cases products would not be applicabe for return. There will be no refund made for such orders. We again request customers to visit doctor before buying any product from this website.
· Claims such as "Product not showing results" will not be entertained strictly. There will be no refund made for such case.
· Any claim post 7 days will not be entertained.
· We request all customers to go through shipping policies before placing an order.
· Once your return claim clears the parameter as mentioned above, we will mail you the address of our warehouse, where you can ship back the product. We will issue refund in your bank account directly within 7 days of receipt of the product at our warehouse.
